Explore Merchant of RecordSee Individual plansOur initial onboarding countries are North Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Albania. Registered businesses, sole traders and eligible Individual digital sellers can apply. These are seller onboarding countries, separate from the countries your customers buy from.
We plan to expand onboarding as demand grows. Tell us where your business is based and what you sell. Our team will review payment support, verification and local requirements, then confirm whether we can support your setup.
Request a country reviewBusiness Commerce already serves live merchants. Each new seller completes the checks required for their setup. Individual MoR buyer markets follow a separate rollout: Canada and EU-27 are pending. Applying from another seller country starts a review; it does not guarantee approval.

Business refunds and payouts follow the Business merchant rules, separate from Individual MoR cycles and reserve tiers. Business payouts and reserves →
First see a Business Commerce sale, then compare the Individual plans. Fees and payout rules are different between the two models; a balance after one fee is not the amount arriving in your bank.
Your registered business is the legal seller. On a $100 sale before buyer tax, this example assumes a 2.9% + $0.30 Stripe processing charge solely to illustrate the math. Your actual Stripe/payment-provider fees can differ.

Refunds and chargebacks are part of real commerce. Who handles the buyer's case depends on whether you sell through a registered business or Kordiva's approved Individual Merchant of Record model.
The registered merchant remains responsible for customer policies, fulfillment and seller-side refunds and disputes under the applicable payment-provider process. Kordiva connects the order and payment information.
Your business approves eligible customer refunds under its policies and applicable law. Kordiva initiates the payment-side refund through Stripe. Refunded amounts can reduce your balance, reserve or future eligible payouts; the customer’s bank determines when the refund appears. A refund does not guarantee that every original fee is returned.
Kordiva receives payment-side disputes and requests your order, delivery and customer-communication evidence. Disputed funds and applicable processor or network fees can be held or recovered from Business proceeds. The confirmed outcome determines the final adjustment.
Business payouts follow verification, settlement, order fulfilment and transaction-specific hold checks. Available funds, payouts in transit and Stripe-confirmed paid payouts are shown separately in Payments/Payouts. Bank arrival is separate from eligibility; the Individual 1st and 15th schedule does not apply to Business Commerce.
Business refunds, disputes and payoutsFor approved one-time digital sales, Kordiva reviews refund requests and manages full refunds and chargebacks on its original payment. Requests do not issue refunds immediately; automatic LIVE partial refunds are unavailable. Sellers provide evidence and remain responsible for applicable recovery or debt. Eligible funds follow the 1st and 15th UTC payout cycles; reserves can delay availability.
How Individual refunds and disputes workIndividual MoR launch roadmap: USA and Australia are planned, with activation to be confirmed. Canada: application pending. EU-27: Irish OSS application pending. We will enable more buyer countries gradually after reviewing payment support, products and tax requirements. These pending statuses apply to Individual MoR, not Business Commerce.
Buyer market preparation status →Refunds, dispute outcomes and recoveries are not automatic or guaranteed. Temporary reserves may protect against losses, but are not an additional commercial fee. Customer rights, seller agreements, supported payment features and risk checks still apply.
